# Privacy policy

## Who is responsible

ERProva is a service provided by ALSINA, MARIA TERESA, based in La Plata, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp or call +54 9 221 556-2200.

## What data we process

- From people who contact us: name, phone number, email address and the content of the message.
- From businesses that subscribe to ERProva: account, user and billing data.
- The data each business enters into its system (for example its customers, patients, sales and appointments). That data belongs to the business, which is the data controller; ERProva processes it on the business's behalf and only to provide the service.

## How we use it

To answer inquiries; to provide, maintain and improve the service; to bill for it; and to send, on behalf of each business, the operational messages that business sets up (appointment confirmations and reminders, order updates, receipts). We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use businesses' data for our own advertising.

## WhatsApp messages

Messages are sent through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. You only receive messages from a business that uses ERProva if you gave it your number. You can stop receiving them at any time by telling that business (for example, by replying to the message) or with the unsubscribe link when the message includes one.

## Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to deliver the service, each for its own purpose: our server provider, Meta (WhatsApp), Google (calendar and sign-in), Microsoft (sign-in), Mercado Pago and Mercado Libre (payments and sales), ARCA (Argentine electronic invoicing) and our email service. Also when required by a competent authority.

## Security and retention

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-user access with role-based permissions, and backups. We keep data for as long as the service lasts and, after that, only what the law requires (for example, tax or medical-record rules).

## Your rights

You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data (Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326) by contacting +54 9 221 556-2200. If your data was entered by a business that uses ERProva, you can also ask that business directly.

The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the data protection rules in force.

## Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
